I'm back posting now guys!
Me and wee betty have been away camping around England for the past couples weeks looking at some old trees on our travels.
Sorry I haven't been updating on here.
It was back to business for me yesterday wheeling and dealing - planting and chanting after my trip away.
This time of year is just amazing for me, this is the time everything is starting to ripen up. Yesterday I picked fresh plums, apples and blackberries and was just eating them fresh from the trees.
The Pagans call this time of year Lughnasadh, meaning harvest time, this is the time we are supposed to fatten up for winter.
I think its so important we all eat as much wild seasonal foods as we can this time of year. I always try and fast for about 20 hours or so and then feast on what nature is offering, its what our guts and bodies need in this ever polluted world.
Mother Nature's vending machines are in full swing, get out there and fill your boots.
Last year I collected and froze enough blackberries to last me around 9 months of eating them nearly every day.
I seen in an organic shop they were selling frozen blackberries for £9 a bag!
I must of collect a couple of grands worth last year!
Wild foods are much better than organic also, organic foods are still farmed with much of them missing the connection to the mycelium network. This underground network that connects all plant life provides nutrition like nothing else.
Farmed land is ploughed destroying this mycelium network underground. all our soils are overfarmed with much nutrition depleted. The real superfoods for me is in wild mother nature!
Many of our foods these days are practically 3D printed. I've said this for years and got laughed at by certain people.
Now they are selling 3D printed steaks. Any wonder most of our heads and bodies are messed up. We need to get back to basics for our bodies, minds and souls.
Get out there and connect to mother nature today. Pick some fruits, save your seeds and grow more and become a phantom planter yourself.
It's give and take with nature, keep it symbiotic, dont be a parasite, you know it makes sense!
